My name is Jessica Morris and I am a creative Instructional Designer from Houston, TX. I have 7 years of experience in developing instructional materials for diverse populations.

As a former secondary education teacher, many of my valuable skills easily transfer into the adult learning space. My expertise lies in collaborating with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams to translate learning objectives into accessible and meaningful training solutions. I am a strong communicator and leader with a passion for helping organizations grow by helping people perform their job better.

I am currently enrolled in IDOL courses Academy to grow my skills in Instructional Design and Online Learning. I am highly motivated to make this career transition, and I am looking forward to working with a company that values their workers' time, and supports the life-long learning of their employees.

I am happily married to Sam, and I'm a dog-mom to 2 Rescue Pitts named Remi and Layla. I spend as much of my time as I can out in the sunshine - whether that is hiking, gardening, or reading out on my porch swing.
